I have 1,000 leads in pipeline — won't it lag?
Virtual scroll + paginated drag-and-drop. We tested with 5,000 cards across stages — no perceptible lag. Scale tier adds server-side persistence for >10k cards.
Can I add custom stages?
Default 4 stages are opinionated for outreach speed. Scale tier supports up to 8 custom stages with custom names and colors. Most users keep the default — extra stages are usually procrastination columns.
Does dragging on mobile work?
Yes — full touch support via dnd-kit. Long-press to grab, drag with finger. We tested on iOS Safari and Chrome Android. Mobile is for triage, desktop is for bulk work.
What happens if I delete a deal?
Confirmation modal first. Once confirmed, the card is removed from pipeline. The underlying lead in Hunts/Saved is unaffected. You can re-move it to pipeline anytime.
Can teammates share a pipeline?
Scale tier supports multi-seat (up to 5 users). Each card has an owner avatar. Real-time sync via WebSocket — changes appear instantly for all viewers.
