Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They help us recognize your device on subsequent visits — for example to keep you signed in, or to remember your locale preference. "Similar technologies" include localStorage and sessionStorage, which we use to persist your filters and UI preferences between sessions.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

• sb-* — Supabase authentication session. Without it you can't stay logged in. Expires when you sign out.
• maplo-locale — Stores your language preference (en / it).
• maplo-cookie-consent — Stores your cookie banner choice so we don't ask again.

Functional (opt-in via cookie banner)

• maplo-pipeline-store / maplo-hunts-store / maplo-finder-store / maplo-outreach-store / maplo-email-store — localStorage. Remember your filters, saved searches, kanban state and email preferences between sessions. Disabling this resets the UI every visit.

Analytics (opt-in)

• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-less by default. Aggregated stats on page views and feature usage. No personal identifier, no cross-site tracking, GDPR-compliant out of the box.

Some embedded surfaces set their own cookies when you interact with them. We listed them here for transparency:

• Whop checkout — fraud-prevention cookies set on Whop's checkout page during payment. Governed by Whop's own privacy policy.
• Google OAuth — Google sets cookies when you sign in with "Continue with Google". Governed by Google's policy.
• Mapbox — map tile rendering may set technical cookies for caching.

• Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer at any time to revisit your choices.
• Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies — note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out.
• You can disable JavaScript entirely; Maplo won't work but no cookies will be set.

When we add a new cookie or change the purpose of an existing one, we update this page and re-prompt the consent banner for users in the EU/UK.
