Terms of Service

"Maplo", "we", "us" means Horizon International LLC.

"You" or "Customer" is the person or company that creates an account and pays the subscription.

"Service" is the Maplo web app, browser dashboard, API, and any included integrations (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn paste).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to do so and the company is bound by these Terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from /app/billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in EUR exclusive of any applicable tax. Whop, our merchant of record, applies VAT / sales tax according to your billing country.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month — refund processed within 5 business days.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the new price takes effect from your next renewal.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Maplo to send spam, illegal marketing, or messages that violate the recipient's applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, TCPA).
• Resell, sublicense or share access to your account.
• Scrape, decompile or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use the Lead Finder to harvest personal data of natural persons (Maplo targets business listings).
• Send threatening, harassing, deceptive or defamatory content to leads.
• Operate the platform with multiple accounts to bypass plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section without refund.

You own all data you create or upload (saved leads, notes, pipeline state, message templates). We act as data processor in respect of personal data on your saved leads — see our DPA for details. Maplo's own processing of your account data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Maplo helps you compose and send outreach but cannot guarantee messages will be delivered, opened, or accepted by recipients. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with the rules of the channel you use (WhatsApp Business policy, email ISPs, LinkedIn ToS). Account bans imposed by third-party channels are not Maplo's liability.

Maplo, its logo, look-and-feel and source code are our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription. Nothing transfers ownership.

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your payment fails and is not cured within 7 days.
• You materially breach these Terms.
• We're required to do so by law or court order.

On termination you lose access to the Service but can export your saved leads as CSV for 30 days before the data is deleted.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any specific outcome (revenue, replies, bookings) will be achieved.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Maplo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury where this can't be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement. Nothing limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (EU residents may rely on local mandatory consumer protections).

We can update these Terms; we'll email account-holders at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
